This Privacy Policy describes how Bluemorph Health Solutions, LLC (“Bluemorph Health Solutions,” “we,” “us” or similar words) collect, use and share information that you provide to us through your use of or access to the website or mobile application (including all subsidiary webpages and access to any optimized version via a wireless device, collectively the “Site”) on which this Privacy Policy is displayed.   “You,” “your,” visitor,” or “user” means the individual accessing this Site.

We provide information about our products and services through the Site. By accessing, installing, downloading or using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information by us in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.  We may amend or update our Privacy Policy at any time.  By continuing to access the Site after this Privacy Policy is updated, you consent to any such updated version of this Privacy Policy.   In addition to this Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is governed by our Terms of Use.

How We Collect, Use and Share Information

Personally Identifiable Information

You have the option to you share your personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name and contact information with us on certain features on the Site. If you elect to share your PII with us, we may use and disclose your PII to help us operate and provide the Site,  to develop, improve, customize, support, market  and sell our products and services, and to respond to your inquiries and requests.  We also can use and disclose your PII to enforce our rights including our Terms of Use, to investigate prevent, detect or address fraud, illegal activity, security or technical issues, or to protect the rights or safety of any other users or third parties and to comply with law.

We may disclose your PII to third party providers engaged by us to help provide and manage our Site, to help provide advertising and marketing services, or help us use your PII in any other manner described above.  For example, we may use a third party email provider to help us send email messages.  We also may use a third party hosting service to host our Site.

We will not sell or rent any PII collected through the Site to third parties for their direct marketing or other purposes.  We reserve all rights to assign our rights and obligations under this Privacy Policy and to disclose or transfer any PII to our affiliates or successor entities or new owners in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or liquidating any part of our business or assets by operation of law or otherwise.

Location Information

We may collect and use approximated or real-time location information, such as GPS location, from devices you use to access the Site. We will provide you with notice and an opportunity to consent before we access and collect your real-time location information, and depending on your device manufacturer, you may have the ability to revoke this consent at any time.

Technical Information

When you visit our Site, we may collect certain non-personal technical information that you do not visibly enter, such as your IP address, browser type, click stream data, usage information and statistics, HTTP protocol elements, and the status of cookies placed on your computer or personal device by us.  If you access the Site from a mobile phone, tablet, automobile, or other electronic device, we may collect and store information such as device type, operating system version and type, unique identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID, VIN, MAC address, and IDFA), carrier, and other related information for that device.  In addition, in order to manage and improve our Site, we or our service providers may use cookies (small packets of information that are stored by your web browser) or web beacons (electronic images that allow us to count visitors who have accessed a webpage).  These tools do not identify you personally and allow us to track and analyze aggregated usage data about our Site and its use.   We and our third party vendors or partners use analytics data for a variety of purposes such as to improve the design and content of our Site and understand what users like to see.

While using our Site, you may choose to block or disable cookies from your device using your browser settings or options.  However, this may impact your user experience and parts of the Site may not work for you.  You cannot remove or block web beacons as they form part of the content of the web pages, however because they work in conjunction with cookies, turning off cookies will prevent web beacons from tracking your user activity on our Site.  The beacon can still account for an anonymous visit, but your unique information will not be recorded.

All non-personal information collected through the Site may be used and shared by us without any restriction. When we aggregate or anonymize PII so that it is no longer capable of identifying you, is considered non-personal information.

Do Not Track Disclosure. The Site does not monitor for or behave differently if your computer transmits a “do not track” or similar beacon or message.

Options For Managing your Information

If you do not want us to collect PII from you, you should not provide it to us.  If you choose provide information to us and later wish to ask us to update your information, we allow you to do that through the following tools:


We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect PII from loss and misuse. Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personally-identifiable information.

Transborder hosting and transfer information

Bluemorph Health Solutions is based in the United States of America.  PII collected through the Site may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to our third party service providers or partners located throughout the world, and the Site may be viewed and hosted by  us or our providers anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have the same data protection laws as those in your country of residence. By using the Site and registering such information on it, you voluntarily consent to such transborder transfer and hosting of such information.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of any other website that collects personally identifiable information. These third-party websites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked websites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about third-party websites.
